1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on obd678 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank direct transfers are available for selected account tiers.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available only to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. Existing Players may not claim a welcome bonus on additional accounts.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or payment processing.

9 Intellectual Property

• obd678 is not responsible for losses caused by network failures, Internet service provider outages, device malfunctions, or any other circumstances outside obd678's reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

obd678 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected at registration and during the verification process is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of obd678's services.
• obd678 employs SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect the personal data of its Players.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which obd678 operates.

• In the event of any dispute between a Player and obd678, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. Players should submit their complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly stating the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
• obd678 will acknowledge all written complaints within 2 business days and aims to provide a final decision within 14 business days of receiving all necessary information.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of the initial complaint submission, either party may refer the matter to independent arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending arbitration.
